Precision machining is the controlled removal of material from a workpiece using CNC turning, milling, boring and drilling machines to produce parts that match a drawing to tight tolerances. It is used to finish castings, forgings and bar stock into ready-to-fit components.
We offer CNC turning, VMC milling, horizontal and floor-type CNC boring, vertical turning (VTL), radial drilling and reverse engineering. We machine parts from our own castings and forgings or from material you supply, from single prototypes to repeat batch orders.
Our vertical turning lathes handle parts up to 9,000 mm diameter and 4,500 mm height. Our floor-type CNC boring machine has 6,000 mm X and 3,000 mm Y travel with a 5,000 x 3,000 mm table, and our VMC handles beds up to 14,000 mm long.
We routinely hold ±0.05 mm on CNC-machined features, with tighter tolerances possible on critical bores and faces. Every part is inspected against your drawing, and dimensional reports are supplied with the shipment.
We machine carbon, alloy and stainless steel, cast iron and ductile iron, aluminium, brass and copper alloys, as well as other engineering alloys on request.
Yes. We cast, forge and machine under one roof, so one supplier handles the raw part, heat treatment, machining and inspection. This removes hand-offs between vendors, shortens lead time and keeps responsibility for quality in one place.
No. We machine single prototypes, small batches and repeat production orders, and we recommend the most economical machine and setup for your quantity.
Typical lead time is 3 to 4 weeks from drawing approval, depending on part size, complexity, material availability and quantity. We confirm a firm schedule with every quotation.
A VMC (vertical machining centre) has a vertical spindle and suits flat parts, plates and precise top-face work. An HMC or horizontal boring machine has a horizontal spindle and suits heavy, box-shaped parts that need machining on several faces in one setup.
Send your drawing (PDF, STEP or IGES), material, quantity, tolerances and target delivery date through our RFQ form or to [email protected]. We usually reply with a quotation within 24–48 hours.
